Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the selected governorate.
  
  
• Delivery within Cairo and Giza starts from 85 EGP.
  
  
• Shipping rates for other areas are shown during checkout.
  
  
• Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days within Egypt.
  
  
• Opening and inspecting the shipment before payment may be available depending on the shipping provider, with an additional fee of 7 EGP.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled up to 12 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
  
  
• If the order is cancelled by the customer after shipping, delivery fees will be charged to the customer.
