Return & Exchange

• Returns and exchanges are available within 14 days from receiving your order.
  
  
• Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.
  
  
• Products that show signs of use, washing, or damage cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Shipping Fees

• Return shipping fees are lower than the original delivery fees by 10 EGP.
  
  
• Example: if the delivery fee is 85 EGP, the return fee will be 75 EGP.

Exchange Process

• Once your exchange request is approved, the courier will collect the original item and deliver the replacement item.
  
  
• Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items purchased during special offers or clearance sales may not be eligible for return or exchange.
  
  
• Any item returned in a condition different from the original state may be rejected.
