• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the selected governorate.
  
  
• Delivery within Cairo and Giza starts from 85 EGP, while other areas are calculated during checkout.
  
  
• Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days within Egypt.
  
  
• Opening and inspecting the shipment before payment may be available for an additional 7 EGP depending on the shipping provider.
  
  
• Orders can be cancelled up to 12 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Learn more

Returns & Exchanges

• Returns and exchanges are available within 14 days from receiving the order.
  
  
• Items must remain in their original condition to be eligible for return or exchange.
  
  
• Return shipping fees are lower than the original delivery fees by 10 EGP.
